My name is Ruki Panjwani (she/her), and I am a lecensed professional counselor associate practicing under the supervision of Toni La’Zurs, LPC-S. I provide compassionate support to individuals, couples, and families through both in-person and virtual sessions from Houston, TX. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, a CACREP-accredited program with a strong psychodynamic focus.

My credentials include certification as a Certified Trauma Practitioner (CTP), specialization as a neurodivergent expert, and advanced training as a Level Two PET

Our approach is holistic and client centered, because everyone's experience is unique. We are psychodynamically oriented and use a bio-psychosocial framework that considers biological, psychological, and social factors when understanding and treating a client’s life challenges. It also recognizes that human functioning is influenced by the interaction of these three domains, providing a more holistic view of the individual’s situation. This combination helps us see our client’s challenges more critically while keeping their history in mind.
